Hands down a great purchase. The Arlo chair from ZanSetups is super comfortable and well-built. It misses a couple of tiny features compared to their top-tier chairs, but considering the price and comfort, I have zero complaints. Really glad I picked it up!

Defective or Incorrect Items Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a video clearly showing the issue.
Change of Mind Returns Request within 14 days. Item must be unused and in original packaging. You'll need to provide a video and photos showing its original condition. The courier will inspect the item on pickup — returns without original packaging will be refused.

- No returns — if it's removed from it's original package .
Customized Orders Not eligible for return or exchange.,Report any manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
- Card payments: refunded within 10 business days
- Cash on delivery: refunded immediately upon pickup and inspection
Return Fees
