السلبيات:
- كان في عيب صناعة في المكتب والموضوع أخد شوية وقت لحد ما تم التبديل, ولكن المزعج في الموضوع إن كل ما اكلم رقم من الأرقام اللي موجودة على ال website يا إما مفيش رد يا يقولولي ابعت لنا على الواتس آب, كأني طالب تيشيرت أو حاجة بسيطة مش مكتب ب 20 ألف جنيه
- المكتب مكتوب إن الارتفاع بتاعه يبدأ من 60 سنتي ولكن دا مش مظبوط, المكتب أقل ارتفاع له 70 ونص سنتي وأنا كنت طالبه على هذا الأساس
- كنت طالب ال aluminum cable tray مع المكتب اللي المفروض يكون معمولة مكان في ال خشب بتاع المكتب ولكن جالي ال silicone cable management وطبعا أخدت بالي متأخر لأن موضوع عيب الصناعة كان شاغلني أكتر ومخدتش بالي غير لما ركبت المكتب

Defective or Incorrect Items Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a video clearly showing the issue.
Change of Mind Returns Request within 14 days. Item must be unused and in original packaging. You'll need to provide a video and photos showing its original condition. The courier will inspect the item on pickup — returns without original packaging will be refused.

- No returns — if it's removed from it's original package .

Refunds
- Card payments: refunded within 10 business days
