I bought 2 desks both recieved as my exact request and with a very good quality and well warped ,thier customer service team kept with us as we installed the desks ourselves , we asked some question while installed , they kept with us till every thing is done even with a humerious tone 😅😅.
They are highly recommended.
Also they give 5 years warranty on motor which is good.

The desk adjusts from 72 cm to 114 cm. Its single motor lifts at 39 mm/s, and the system supports a load of up to 85 kg.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Here's what you need to know:
Defective or Incorrect Items Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a video clearly showing the issue.
Change of Mind Returns Request within 14 days. Item must be unused and in original packaging. You'll need to provide a video and photos showing its original condition. The courier will inspect the item on pickup — returns without original packaging will be refused.

- No returns — if it's removed from it's original package .
Customized Orders Not eligible for return or exchange.,Report any manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
- Card payments: refunded within 10 business days
- Cash on delivery: refunded immediately upon pickup and inspection
Return Fees
- Standard returns within 14 days: new shipping fee equal to the original shipping cost
- Free-shipping orders: return fees still apply
- Refusing delivery at the door: only the shipping fee is charged
