Your satisfaction is our priority. Here's what you need to know:
Defective or Incorrect Items Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a video clearly showing the issue.
Change of Mind Returns Request within 14 days. Item must be unused and in original packaging. You'll need to provide a video and photos showing its original condition. The courier will inspect the item on pickup — returns without original packaging will be refused.
Furniture (Sofas, Beds, Sectionals, Recliners)
- No returns — exchanges only
- Report any manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery
Customized Orders Not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
- Card payments: refunded within 10 business days
- Cash on delivery: refunded immediately upon pickup and inspection
Return Fees
- Standard returns within 14 days: new shipping fee equal to the original shipping cost
